WINDOWS WIREGUARD CLIENT SETUP:

Step 1:

Download the latest Windows wireguard installer by Clicking Here

Once the download is completed, run and install the installer with the default options.

Next, launch the wireguard program and you will be presented with the following screen, click IMPORT Tunnels From File:

Step 2:

Now navigate to the location of your provideres wireguard.conf file. Select the file and click OPEN:

Step 3:

You will now see that the wireguard profile has been added to the left and you can now click on Activate to connect to the VPN server:

Step 4:

After connecting, at the top you should see a Green Shield with a checkmark indicating the connection is active.
At the bottom you will see the Transfer counters increasing for received and sent. If either are stuck at 0 please contact your provider.

Step 5:

Next, open your favorite browser and navigate to http://www.whatismyip.com and check that you are now using the IP of the VPN server and not your normal internet.
